On Saturday 19 July at Santarena Park, Bella Hall brought together a community of riders, volunteers, and supporters for a muddy, windswept, and wildly successful enduro motorbike ride, all in support of mental health, wellbeing and suicide prevention in rural and remote Tasmania.

Organised as part of her Year 8 community service project at Scotch Oakburn College, Bella took the lead on planning and delivering the event, raising an impressive $4,462 for RAW.

Over 100 riders aged from 7 to 68 took part in the 70km off-road challenge. Despite wild weather conditions, everyone returned with mud-splattered smiles, stories of spills, and a shared sense of community spirit.

This remarkable day was made possible by Bella’s dedication and the incredible support of her parents, Ben and Sarah Hall, along with the wider family, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. 15 local businesses donated raffle prizes, and support came from the Scottsdale Lions Club, JBS and local bakery.

Bella’s initiative is a powerful reminder of the impact young people can have when supported by a strong community. We are proud to celebrate her generosity, leadership, and drive.
