Life on the farm can be challenging, with isolation, ongoing farm demands, and unpredictable weather all contributing to stress. When Ed began experiencing these pressures, he turned to RAW after a recommendation from his brother, using the service alongside other resources to support his mental wellbeing.

In the space of about nine months Ed lost his father to cancer and a close friend to suicide. That's when he reached out for some extra support from RAW.

“[My brother] recommended me to catch up with RAW and so Julia got in touch. Without RAW, there’s no one else running around in the country. You’ve either got to do tele-health or drive down to town. So it is really important.”
