A passionate Tasmanian, Rod is an experienced business leader with strong commercial acumen. He has an outstanding track record leading high performing teams to achieve business success in local and overseas markets, particularly within complex business-to-business settings.
He has worked with some major Tasmanian brands, across various industry sectors, in sales, marketing and general management roles. Rod was awarded “Tasmanian Business Leader of the Year” in 2012.
Rod has a strong connection to rural life, through his family. His career has also seen him build lasting connections within the seafood industry and through his past role as a Director of Seafood Industry Tasmania, has been an advocate for the Stay Afloat Program for many years.
Rod is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
